Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
Daily Arrival:
Kindergarten & First Grade- AUDITORIUM
* Right Side facing stage: Arrival in the Auditorium: 334, 231, 233, 234, 235, 337
*Kindergarten &First Grade Left Side facing stage: Arrival in the Auditorium:
237, 244, 331, 333, 335, 344, 332.
Second Grade: Line up in the Cafeteria.
Third Grade: Line up in the Cafeteria.
Fourth Grade: Line up in the All-Purpose room
Fifth Grade: Line up in the All-Purpose room
Daily Dismissal:
The following are the dismissal procedures
for ALL students:
Pre Kindergarten: In Classrooms. Sign out sheets must be maintained.
Kindergarten
Kindergarten doors for parents will open promptly at 2:10 P.M. Classes will leave their classroom no earlier than 2:05 P.M. to be seated in the auditorium for dismissal. Kindergarten teachers will escort their class to the auditorium, monitored by Ms. Reimer.
Grades One
Grades 1 students will be brought to the Cafeteria promptly at 2:10 P.M. Students who are picked up late will be monitored by Ms. Orsini, who will escort them into the auditorium to wait for late parents, after 2:20.
Grade Two & Three
Grade 2 & 3 students will be brought to the All Purpose Room promptly at 2:10 P.M. Students who are picked up late will be monitored by Ms. Kearney and Ms. Lozado, who will escort them into the auditorium to wait for late parents, after 2:20.
Grade Four and Five
Grade 4 and 5 will be leaving their classrooms at 2:15 P.M. and will exit the main doors of the school building to meet their parents outside. Students may wait for late parents along the fence of the school building.
*To help maintain the safety of our students, parents may NOT enter the main doors of the building while students are dismissing between the times of 2:10 and 2:20.*
*Please make every effort to be on time to pick up your children in order to help us facilitate a smooth dismissal!*
